Grace + Hope Children's Home is a Kenya-based non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of children who are orphaned, abandoned, and vulnerable - many whom are living with HIV/AIDS.

Grace + Hope provides a place of hope and healing for children, and builds a foundation of learning and life confidence.
